These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoChill mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this app.

App use

Users may drop 1 hate pin per day containing an emoji. Pins are displayed anonymously. Pins may not include identifiable personal information.

User conduct

Any misuse, circumvention of the emoji-only restriction, or attempt to de-anonymize users may result in account restriction or ban.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts for suspicious, abusive, or non-compliant behavior.

Liability

The app is for emotional venting only and does not constitute truth, fact, or actionable intelligence.
We are not liable for emotional harm, offense, or any indirect damages arising from use.

Intellectual property

The NoChill name, brand, design, and functionality are owned by Mirza Slatina and the BeeHive Creative Agency.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
